Update: June 25-2012
The Soul Sail was a wonderful, nurturing, learning, connecting experience. It was a delight to meet everyone who attended and to share ideas with a talented group of presenters. Here’s a copy of my presentation, and you can get some more glimpses of the Sail by clicking here. Enjoy!

On June 24-2012, I’ll be joining a group of talented and engaging speakers for ‘Soul Sailing’. I’m delighted to be in their company and to be dishing live and in-person on living passionately and using happy idleness as a pathway to contentment. It’s Dishing in the Kitchen Goes to Sea. Can’t wait!
Throughout June, the Kitchen will be on a crusade called “Taking Back the Weekend” (yes, this is definitely a lead-in to “Taking Back The Summer” – much of which I hope to spend under a leafy tree). I’ll be challenging you to put down your to-do list and put up your feet. And to get conscious about the choices you make when it comes to spending your time. We’ll be standing up for lying down and putting moodling on the map!
Soul Sailing is a perfect way to have it all – a little pampering, some mingling with like-minded folks, and a focus on getting inspired to look after YOU. The cruise is being organized by Charmed Events and includes a 3-hr afternoon sail from beautiful Coal Harbour in downtown Vancouver, an on-board mini-spa, lunch, networking, goodie bags and five inspiring speakers. Join me in the cruise-ade. Take back your weekend. Start with the Soul Sail. I’d love to see you there.

*All ticket-holders will be automatically entered into a draw to win an overnight getaway for two at the Backeddy Resort and Marina on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of B.C.
